Up this morning, feeling GREAT! I can't move as much but, I'm not in pain. I'll do my weight training and take a short walk. My healthy intention for the day is to KEEP MOVING. I will continue to move my body in order to promote health and wellness.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
