Official day 1 of the Lifestyle Challenge - new nutrition plan, new weight training programme and my triathlon training.

So much food! Going to be constantly grazing!
89 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
