A bit up from the day before which is not entirely a surprise. Dinner was a bit later and I didn't close my eating window as early as I normally do. Though I only broke fast at 4pm. Overall still happy with this weigh in.
52.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
