Yesterday was a very good day. Macros where I like to see them. Exercise in. Active throughout the day. Fresh air and sunshine. Dr appointment tomorrow, which I dread. On the plus side he shld be pleased with the weight Ive lost since I was last in. Had my go-to high protein/fiber bowl breakfast this morning as usual. Having 1 egg omelet with fixins for lunch. :D Hope everyone has a great great day!
