Hi all. I am back. This is my second day back on track with the food. Whew!
My daughter and started the water water gallon bomb challenge. Of course, she is at a perfect weight, and doing this just to hydrate her body/complexion better.While me, I hope it will help shed the next 22lb/10kg.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
