This is probably due to some involuntary intermittent fasting I did yesterday, we were so busy at work yesterday I never had a chance to have dinner. Once there was a chance to eat it was 10PM and eating so late is a real no no.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
