WOW ! I am very happy that i Lost 1.6 this week...its been a why'll since my last lost..it's nice to stay the same (only when your at your goal weight)maybe all this work on the house is kicking in....

73.7 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
