Grrr! ! done with Rejuv, had a crazy Memorial weekend...party, camping, boating, movies and just plain plugging out! Time to get back on track. Going back on Phentermine hopefully today! Back to what works and doesn't cost a fortune. Planning meals, 8 oz veggies and lean protien, measuring portions and journaling every day! Small goals and some stress relief. Pool time should help but also want to get back on my bike. Lifestyle changes! !!!
