I'm wondering if I should bring calories down a little. Yesterday was plenty of exercise, stayed under calorie goal and got lots of sleep, but the scale barely budged , this weekend through Tuesday I'll be traveling happy then some long work days coming up, so Is be happy to stay even. I'll look at this again after that.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
