Somehow I got over 13,000 steps yesterday, in spite of working a desk job over 12 hours.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ancient Hippie, I get a couple of thousand steps walking back and forth to the garage, and I do get up from the desk as often as possible, but other than that I really don't know.
