Well, I struggled with this one. Record and be accountable or “forget” to weigh in and hope for a better weight tomorrow? I’ve been feeling bloated these past few days for some reason so here I am. I should be logging my food but I truly do not have the energy to do so. But I am watching my intake.

I’m working from home today and tomorrow because of our annual snow storm. In the early hours of tomorrow morning in 1982, the unsinkable offshore oil rig Ocean Ranger went to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean during a storm off the coast of Newfoundland. All lives were lost - 84 of them. I think I can count on one hand the number of years since that we have not had a storm on this date. While it is Valentine’s Day, it is also a day or remembrance for those of us old enough to remember. Happy Wednesday! Don't give up. Your weight will go up and down. I get bloated as well and retain water. I'm going through menopause, I still get the symptoms of menstrual and bloating is one of them. Plus I have IBS and Im constipated, so I don't bother weighing myself when I'm like this because I know my weight will go up. Keep up the great job.

Personally, I chose post and be accountable. No point in "forgetting"; I know the truth. Do what you have the energy for now. Seek to improve tomorrow. And the results will come.

Post and deal with it. This is a marathon, and there will be slow downs and hills to climb. I can’t find how to post a weigh in. Where did the button go? I saw it when I started a month ago but not now. ??
