some say for a body recomposition goal, the scale number is not as important. i don't agree with that.

i'm learning that recomposition goal, is not a SMART goal. cannot track what we cannot measure.

trade muscle for fat. otherwise known as a lean bulk. way more sustainable, on paper, than a big bulk.

the big bulk crowd always seems to want to do a "cut" at some point. that seems a bit odd to me.
