I had 3 good workouts this week....Mon., Wed. & Friday, so back on schedule. I upped some weights on some of the machines & and increased reps on some others. I also pumped it up a bit on the treadmill. I increase the incline every couple of minutes. I started increasing the speed as well for the last 15 minutes. I was feeling it in my muscles last night & this morning.

I had shared on Tues. & my journal deleted, that I tried on a jumpsuit @ Target....my usual size 8 was too big. The size 6 fit perfectly with room to spare, even in the top. I was so big busted for years, I always had to size up to accommodate my boobs. Not having to do that, is nice. I didn't buy the jumpsuit. It's a Spring style, so I'll keep it in mind.

I sliced my finger tonight, cutting onions to put in my dinner 😕 It bled so bad the 2 band-aids I put on it weren't helping much, so Hubby wrapped it in gauze & tape. After dinner, he redid it with a band-aid & a piece of flexible sticky wrap. It's not a huge cut, but it hurts a bit.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
