A very good day at the gym. Lifted better than normal. I guess eating something before going to the gym in the morning does help. Almost a new PR with deadlift, only did two reps instead of three.

Unfortunately it has been a junk food day for meals, literally. Lunch was licorice and Lindt’s chocolate truffles. Breakfast was McDonald’s. Called away directly from the gym to work as a pump had stopped working and trucks were waiting to use it. Turns out it was just air locked from the power outage yesterday.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
