Whatever has pushed my metabolism into high gear ... keep working!!!! I didn't think I would lose any weight from yesterday. Had pork chops, mashed potatoes & broccoli for dinner. Not a lot because I just don't eat much anymore. I did dance for about an hour so that helped. Just 12 more pounds by June 6th and I will be really happy !!!!
