I am struggling right now with making healthy food choices
My family & I are dealing with a serious family situation so living on junk food or no food is understandable
Tonight's dinner was left over lasagna so it helped as I have zero interest in cooking
Hoping tomorrow I get motivation to eat healthier!
65.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I like a rotisserie chicken from the grocery and a bagged salad or something else easy for a side when I’m not in the mood to prepare something. That, or ready made soups, stews and shepherds pie from Costco or the grocery store are some of my go to’s that don’t take much effort. Hope things get better soon.

I was thinking exactly what S M shared. I'll add that when I'm under stress I absolutely crave comfort foods which translates to carbs in every form. Be kind and forgiving to yourself while you deal with your challenges, but throw in the bagged salad...you'll be glad you did.

Thank you guys for the suggestions & well wishes, prayers are what I need right now🙏 After I leave the hospital I plan to do grocery shopping & Costco is one place I will be heading to so I just very well might pick up one of their rotisserie chickens for dinner tonight👍
