Vacation weight finally trying to debark 😅
Happy it warmed up about 40 degrees and now around 0. Hoping it stays this temp or warmer for awhile but February can be volatile. (Not sure why that rhymes)
83.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I understand it's hard to get motivated when you feel like you need to dress 40 layers of clothes... 😆. What type of exercises are you going to work on? I think I'm going to start working on resistance exercises and then move on to strength training when I feel a little bit more energetic. Lately I've been having a lot of fatigue issues but I'm going to speak to my doctor and hopefully get some more medication to combat that. I hate it too cuz I always feel so motivated when I'm at work and then by the time that I get done working my 9 to 10 hour days I feel like poopy then I got to do all my household chores and by the time those are done I just have nothing left but that's no excuse I will get to it. I bought my resistance bands I have the exercises in mind that I want to work on and I will plan out the time. After all we're worth it we deserve the time each day to work on us too. 😁

Ha! Yes yes- it’s that ready to take on the world until I actually get home from work feeling! 😅 I’m pretty good about staying consistent with exercise but had a bit of vacation and getting back to my time zone was hard. I finally did though last week. I am now struggling with the it’s too dark to feel motivated. We’re gaining daylight but it is essentially dark outside all day except around 10 am to 4 pm. These align with the hours I spend working indoors (9-6) so dark going to work and dark coming home. By summer it will be 24 hours of sunlight and it won’t be a problem at all. Resistance bands sound fun! I’m not entirely sure what I want to work on but have just doing treadmill and yoga for a bit until I find that groove again. It’ll probably be strength training as that is what I was working on before vacation. Good luck with things, Leah! Thanks for the comment to give me a little boost of motivation! ☺️
