Last week, my average calories were just over 2000 a day. Protein was good @ an average of 100 g but I fell short on my fiber goal. I missed working out on Monday, so only had 2 days at the Gym. That being said, my weight did dip down mid-week. If I had finished the week in a deficit, I may have stayed there. Eating 3 pieces of high calorie cheesecake might just hinder that 😏

Started the week off well with a good Gym workout & decent calories today. My challenges this week include lunch out tomorrow with my Sis & a Super Bowl Party on Sunday. Lunch is manageable. I can make good choices & eat light for dinner. The SB Party will include party food & adult beverages. I think the best game plan is to try to eat well all week so that Sunday I can eat what I like without doing too much damage.

I spent yesterday packing up the Holiday decorations I had left out as Winter decor & moving & stacking all of the boxes neatly in the garage. All of my boxes of Christmas decorations had been stacked in the Sunroom. Hubby took the big Christmas tree box down to the basement storage. When we have a nice day, we can haul all of the boxes up into the attic til next year. I still have the 2 alpine trees in the living room with lights.... and the garland & lights on the deck rail. They may stay til the end of February....or not depending on my mood.
