Today I have gained 1.2 pounds. I indicated last week that I had another 3 days in the city plus 2 days of subbing all day. Essentially I have barely been home! When I left for the city I was 0.2 pounds heavier than this morning. In many ways I am seeing this as a nice 'surprise'. I was mentally prepared for a significant gain from the time I was in the city. I do not travel with a scale so weight is often a surprise when I get home.

I did the similar plan of not eating 'road food' as I was driving. I did stop for a drive through tea mainly so I was not tempted by the other offerings. I did not end up with splitting meals to cover two different ones as I did last time however I was careful to order smaller amounts.

I am pleased to note that next week is looking like very little time will be spent in town. I will be able to get back to eating at home and thus know what I have actually had!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 29.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
