Another sunny day and the endorphins are loving it! Just had my normal breakfast of Triple Zero Greek yogurt with All-Bran, apple slices, 5 cherries, a tblsp of PB, and organic cinnamon. No photo this morning. Black coffee and bottle of water. All just 301 cals with 21 g protein and 15 g fiber. Great break fast. Lots to do today, so I'm off to get started. Hope everyone has a fantastic day. Eat clean, be happy!
69.4 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
