No surprise here. I’m back to mobility issues again and have been feeling generally unwell. Oh well. Let’s see what the next week reveals. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜

Don't worry, when you get better, then you can move more and it will come back off again. Is there any movement you could do. Sometimes I do a light chair yoga if my knee is in pain. I hope you feel better soon.

Sorry to be delinquent in revisiting this post. Thank you all. Unfortunately there is no getting better in my future. I can work to maintain and improve my health, which I will do once I get over this current bump in the road. I recently became aware of the term “smouldering MS”. Very interesting and apparently not a new term.
