Had a great dinner last night, Steak, Baked Potato, String beans and a Romaine Salad with Olive oil & great Balsamic Vinegar,I glass of good Zinfandel wine, Later rich Vanilla Ice Cream with Aldi Pomegranate/cherry/etc juice frozen ice cubes.

Got a good nights sleep, woke @ 9 AM made coffee eat a small Del Monte Red Grapefruit cup and a mini danish.

My system reacted, and I am no longer constipated (laughs) so I weighed myself later. To my shock I was not 214 but 209. WOW.

I am monitoring my blood sugars and had good resting numbers last night for 12 hours. Slight jump up with breakfast.

I am very aware of how old my body is and how I must rest it to loss weight and feel good.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
