Did some quick measurements this morning. Bust & hips are 37"....waist 31".....increased an inch ☹️ I guess that's where those extra few lbs. are hanging out.

Made it to the Gym & had a pretty good workout.

We stopped for groceries afterward. All stocked up with some chicken breasts, ground beef, Angus hamburger patties, porkchops, 2 steaks, canned tuna, turkey sausage & salmon. Hubby always wants some sweet treats, so we bought mini cinnamon croissants & mini eclairs from the bakery. I got our staples....Outshine fruit bars & Luigi's Italian Ices. I also bought mini ice cream sandwiches 😊 so I can try OTB's version of dessert. Buying the mini versions of the treats allows me to enjoy the taste without totally blowing my calories. And I don't trust the calorie counts on the bakery packaging. I always weigh them to get an accurate count.

Even after pizza and dessert, I came in under 1700 calories today. Although I was headed downward, my weight bumped back up. I may have to cut 100 calories next week if I don't get back to goal.
