No Gym today. Teddy woke us up around 4 AM & never really settled down til Hubby got up, took him out & fed him. When he wouldn't lie down & go back to sleep, I brought the crate up to the bedroom & put him in it. He was quiet for awhile, but started whimpering. That's when Hubby got up. Hubby went back to sleep & I let him sleep til he woke up on his own. By that time, it was too late to go to the Gym. We usually go between 12:00-1:00 PM. So now the plan is to go tomorrow.

I did get the garland & lights down from the front porch. It looked so dark when I had the dogs out later in the day. I did several loads of laundry, including the bedding in our bedroom.

I've been working on my new jigsaw puzzle. And I'm watching "Beef" on Netflix in the afternoon. It won 3 Golden Globes. Hubby didn't care for it, so it's my afternoon entertainment.

Calories just over 1700 (1706) after dessert tonight. We did have canned soup for dinner with a Bacon Tuna Melt. Hopefully, the salt won't mess with my gradual drop that's been happening this week.

Heading up to bed, now. Planning on an uninterrupted nights sleep tonight 😴 🤞
