It has taken almost a year to loose 4 stone and reach my goal weight. Thanks to all of you who have helped along the way. (I don't do a lot of posting , but I have taken advice and inspiration from the posts you guys have put up.)
Now comes the difficult bit....keeping the weight off!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Jennie 1952 asked for hints... We are all different, but what worked for me was coffee for breakfast, which enabled me to have a decent sized lunch and dinner, still staying under RDI. Physically, i don't fell any different... except for not sweating so much, less pressure on the leg joints and feet, being able to bend down to cut my toe nails without a struggle, Best of all going from a tight XL to a medium and not recognizing myself in a photograph someone had taken was a revelation. Thanks again for all the support.
