Ok ok it says I went up (which I did) but I actually was a total of 10 lbs heavier right after the holidays up until last week or the week before. I’m back on counting (kinda lol) and exercising 5/6 a week. I’m proud of myself rn :) I have my goal set to what BMI states is perfect for me. I usually have my goals in increments but my husband was like WHY and I’m like uhh IDK. So I’m trying this. Trying to stick to this and I’m still excited. Not always motivated but trying to change my mindset one day, one meal, one exercise at a time.
