I'm feeling so much better now. There's still some swelling, but I'm getting there.
67.7 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Glad you are feeling better, Hope you vacation is going good. I have been sick off and on. Got rid a bad cold and have minor stomach ailment I am doing with. But things are getting back on track.

I've dropped 7.5 pounds in less than a week which means I was retaining a LOT of water. My feet swelled so much that it stretched the skin! I now have loose skin on the top of my feet, which is insane. Our vacation was great - I'd recommend the Couples resorts to anyone wanting a vacation to remember. We have a flu bug on the go here that people just cannot seem to shake off, and it includes stomach problems. Hopefully you'll be feeling much better soon.
