I finally did it!!! 💃🏽 I am now officially 10 lbs away from my goal. That is a big milestone for me. I’ve been dancing back & forth with 3lbs but finally got serious again and hit the mark. This weeks goal is to be below today’s weight (175 lbs) by Friday morning weigh-in. It really doesn’t matter the loss. I lost 20 lbs last year between May - December. I know I can lose the last 10lbs by May 2024. That’s 2 lbs/month which is a safe and doable weight loss goal. Cheer me on FS gang!! 🏆

This morning I set Alexa to wake me up with motivational quotes and reminders. She’s already doing her part. It was nice. It brought a smile 😊 to my face when I heard her voice. But first - I must talk to the Lord in prayer. 🙏🏽 Don’t forget to be grateful and have fun! 😜🤣🤗🏆🙏🏽☀️
