New Year, fresh start! I'm honestly relieved to get those sweets and fattening holiday meals behind me. I don't have the best self control when delicious treats and homecooked favorites are in front of me, but I'm pretty good about staying on track when they aren't readily available.

I don't have a specific weight loss goal. I'm focused on eating clean, anti-inflammatory foods, drinking more water and exercising - including strength work. Bring on 2024!
62.9 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
