Eating well, finding the right calcium intake, only to find out I may be somewhat lactose intolerant. My weight is midway between the persistent 147.6 and a happier sighting of 145.5. I didn.t realize weight could vary up to 4 lbs. a day, so I will be happy that is is down a little. I am just starting back into the walking and exercising although some days it harder with my toes being unhappy with being stretched to return to normal. straightness. Such is life.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
