Yes a 6.8 pound gain in one week. My god! How did that happen? Simple answer is that I did not eat within in my window even one day in the past 7. I averaged 140 calories per day over the top end of my window. That does, in fact, result in a 6.8 pound gain.

The plan going forward (because quite frankly that is all that can be done at this point) is to go back to eating the way I have been eating most of the year. Good food but in appropriate quantities. I no longer have anything left in the house that will derail me (because I have eaten all of it!!)

As for just life stuff - the Christmas holidays were fun. The family gathered, we had a lot of good laughs and enjoyed each other's company. The best! I have quite a bit of work ahead on the Women's Shelter as we will be searching for finances to pay for the cost of attending to the Black Mold found in the building. Plans are in the making for the May Portugal trip with my daughter and grandkids. Starting with passports.
91.3 kg Lost so far: 30.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
