weight 184.6 bf% 21.5% water 57.2% muscle 39.6%

Lowest bodyfat % to date.. must be the additional softball games from 2 leagues. just added back in weight training. I'm ok with weight gain as long as it's muscle and the fat goes bye bye!
83.7 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
