Very happy to be back here. After just a day back at my normal eating hours I'm glad to be back at my steady weight. At the moment I'm still consuming more than I should so I know that once I start cutting back my food again a bit then I should start seeing some proper weight loss again.
54.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
