This is actually down from 170.4 a few days ago. Monthly water weight dropping and I’ve remembered to get on the scale but not remembered to log.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
