Somehow managed to lose 1/2 lb.

(Ive noticed my drops most often come after an up in calories. Not sure if its the calories sending the message to my body that Im not starving LOL, or if its just my body catching up from prior days. Either way.. I'll take it!)

Hope everyone is having a good day.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
