Thank God it's Monday. No more excuses. Let's DO this! :)

Same here, and it's so cold I don't feel like moving lol. Cold wind blowing too and the dog keeps wanting to be walked!! (Doesn't the cold make our bodies burn more calories, or is that the opposite? 🤗

Yes you burn more through the winter trying to keep warm..... sounds like a plan might do the same .... got flurries that are supposed to happen this afternoon here. Took Bailey out this morning and there was a tiny bit of snow on the front lawn.... can't wait til we really get some snow to see if she likes it or is like me and wants to stay indoors lol

That's what I thought, Erin, more calories to keep warm. I remember reading years ago that the thought was that drinking cold water would burn more calories as your body worked to regulate your body temp. But then there was something about the cold water might actually turn your metabolism DOWN. I need to look into that. I love a nice snow storm, but we get mostly ice storms which arent so much fun. AndI like to be warm lol! +D
