Had events to eat at a few times this week and so maybe underestimated calories a bit resulting in another loss. Been increasing calories very gradually for my sanity and so maintenance taking a little longer to achieve. Heading into week #4 with a commitment to increase and not change course from that this week no matter what. And bring snacks to events as they often don’t have enough protein.

HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: It’s silly but had to run an errand at the mall on, god forbid, Black Friday. Being smaller, quicker and more agile, I was able to weave in and out of the crowds like a champ and did my errand in what must be some kind of record time 😂 My husband said it was the sexiest thing he’d ever seen 😆
63.6 kg Lost so far: 111.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
