Weight has stayed the same, so this is giving me a good idea of what maintenance will be like. Very doable. Going to try to fit in half hour at least exercise today and bring a big salad to dinner tomorrow. Hope everyone is taking time to be good to themselves today during the hustle bustle. Happy turkey day prepping!
