OK I would like to lose weight faster, I would like to react my goal closer to the beginning of summer then the end. I think the only way is exercise! i am not fan of exercise which is probably the weight issue. So my questions are:
1. What are the best ways to add exercise that are fun?
2, Should I decrease calories? I haven't been eating enough lately just not as hungry but keeping with the diet pretty well. I think mostly smaller portions.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes the best way to start is to slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. It makes you more aware of how much you are walking. You can put on some music and go for walk. There are loads of workout dvds out there. You can look to take some different classes and you might find something you enjoy: zumba, pilates, yoga, etc. If you are still losing, I wouldn't cut calories just yet. A combo of cardio and strength training can really help you get in shape quicker. But one step at a time (pun intended, lol!). Adding exercise and focusing on a clean diet with plenty of protein should help you get to your goal (or close to it). No matter what, you are doing great.
