Closer but still a slight adjustment to make with upping calories to reach maintenance. Quite the learning experience on this side of the journey as well!

TOTAL LOSS: 244.3 lbs

HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Have a cold, but being healthier seems to help me both fight it and also recognize that exercise actually makes me feel better (and boy does swimming clear the sinuses!)
