Every month has a holiday, that's what I heard the other day. And,I guess that's pretty much true when we factor in anniversaries, birthdays etc.
So, my new mantra, no more 'after the holidays' for me!
Backing up a bit, to our last holiday. I 'forgot' to bring the leftover candy to the local Jr. High and it was 'found' again. Naughty! Then one thing led to another and here I am paying the consequences now, having lost ground. Can't trick or treat my weight away!
So back on the wagon, having leapt off feet first with a big chocolate, jack-o-lantern grin on my face.
Back to counting CICO, and making an effort to walk a mile or two at least every day.
