Down a bit today. My in-laws are in town for a few weeks and my mother-in-law has cooked dinner the last couple nights. She is a great cook and has been trying to respect the fact that I am on a diet by making the meals healthy -- but when I calculate things out the calories are just way too low so I end up having to add cheese or jello with cream to the meal which just seems wrong. I will pick up some avocado today and maybe add that to the meal as a healthier alternative.
