Managing to get my fiber in most days, and fat down around 20-30% most days. (I'm not a keto follower). I eat pretty healthily, and manage to maintain quite well, but there is room for improvement. Ive just got to dig down deeper. Hope everyone is having a great start to their day.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I couldn't get an appointment til next Monday but I plan to keep monitoring it until then and if it gets too bad I will go to a hospital instead.

Wise. Diabetes is awful. I hope you can get it under control with diet and exercise.

Interesting your goal is to lower your fat. I eat mostly high protein and fat due to my diabetes 2 and my goal is to have low carb meals. Fat has no negative affect on blood sugar and takes the longest to digest. I eat a lot of meat, whole eggs, nuts, avocados, avocado oil, EVOO, and coconut oil. (Coconut oil daily) I still eat carbs, but not refined sugar or highly processed foods, except I still have my low carb wraps some meals. Not ready to let those go! Lol

I lost quite a bit of weight after my pregnancies (80lbs) on low fat diet. It really worked well for me. But now my issue is one of digestion. Heartburn, and pancreatitis flare ups if I eat too rich. I do use the good fats, EVOO & coconut oils. Avocado from time to time. But no fatty meats, limit eggs. Whole foods, fruit, veggies, lots of salad, rice or a potato, oatmeal, yogurt, a few eggs and lean meat. This is primarily what I eat.
