Day after competition. New goals!
Silver in masters bikini at UFE WORLDS ELITE SHOWING.
No idea where I landed in the fitness category but I got the Elite stage with a PACKED. Slate of amazing competition. I am just thrilled I earned my way onto that stage to stand beside such incredible competition.
Time to bring my weight up slowly and build some mass.
But first. A week of some indulgence and recovery.
And some mindset work. The few weeks after a competition can be so hard mentally.
48.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
