Thanksgiving just around the corner and all those delicious fattening foods in all their glory! I want to avoid gaining so taking the weekend to relax, then concentrating on moving ahead next week. Time to kick this stall to the curb and shed some poundage. Definitely planning on taking it easy on TG. Going to daughter's house for dinner and I dont plan to have any goodies here at home. The plan is to keep pigging out to a minimum!

I make my Thanksgiving meal fairly healthy.

If I were planning the menu I would. Brussels sprouts, winter squash, cranberries, wild rice pilaf, turkey. Yum! What do you make for dessert, Morticia?
