Well, this is a very pleasant surprise. My last official weigh in before vacation. Vacation calories don't count, right?
67.2 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If I gain weight on vacation I'm blaming you guys. :-D There are lots of stairs where we're going so at least I might get enough exercise to burn the extra calories off. I am SO looking forward to this. Trip six but first time to this resort.
