Girl, we've all been there! I've lost and regained weight dozens of times in my life. The fact that you're still here and willing to give it another go is what matters. One of these times, it will stick! 👍

Hello all, not sure it would help any of you reading this, but in a menopause presentation by a doctor I was in they kept insisting on DONT SKIP BREAKFASTS. Just change the toast and jam to boiled eggs. Proteins make you feel sated over the day so you avoid binge eating in the afternoon when back from work. Cut down on alcohol, it’s not your friend with hormonal imbalance menopause causes. Consider taking a look at the henpicked webpage (UK). Hang in there ☺️

Hi Doncaster gallery, I am Merry Mel I have another site called Merry Mel yes, it is me I lost my data, please feel free to browse. I was born in Stockton and lived in Hartlepool. But as a baby I lived in Northumberland at a place called Ingleby Arncliffe miles from no where. I lived at Monks house. Two cottages built in 11th century it used to be a Monks monastery. Hope you get your weight back down, good luck on your weight loss journey. Merry Mel 😍

I was waaaaaay down (150'ish), then pre-menopause hit! Gained a bit here & there .... dad told us all that he had small cell lung cancer (the aggressive one). Comfort ate, menopausal symptoms began to pickup. Roll forward 10mths (June '23) & my dad passed away. More comfort food, beer, wine... I'm not a drinker (3 pints & I'm smashed! 🙈). Started new job at the end of June. Still sweating buckets at night, memory? 🤔 What's that? Hot flushes, etc. etc... Topped my scales at 220'ish. That was in June. I've been riding a mental yo-yo since. BUT I do not want to keep this unhealthy sparetyre-barrel shape. Must not forget my 3 teenagers, my rottie & my DH - who all need my time & continued maid skills. So, I'm working on little adjustments to help me keep going, keep me sane & keep me moving towards being me again. I KNOW it's going to take time! But heck, no one else can do this for me & it will take months... one step at a time... You can do this. You drop the ball? Pick up from where you are in that moment & forget about what happened in the oupps! moment... 💋❤️❤️

@Jadecarpet bless you, thanks for sharing, I fully get you. I also had a mix of self hating because I'd let myself get to where I am now, after all my previous hard work losing 11st, I was so mad that I let other factors bugger me up, but you're right, can't give up. Good luck ♥️xx
