Yikes! Weight going in the wrong direction!! Having to reduce my activity because of healing for the stress fracture lead to ramp it up, someway worsen the fracture and need to be mindful of my calories better than I have been! Time to get back with the program! Maybe because I’ve been working out tomorrow building my muscle which weighs more but I doubt it lol so easy to put it on hard to take it off specially, as you get close to your goal! 😞😞😞
70.9 kg Lost so far: 36.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
