April 1st, hung up the keys to my car and started walking. Fifteen minutes to work, and fifteen minutes back home. It appears that when I started walking I ended up putting on more weight.

My goal is to continue to walk to work until end of June. And I will cycle, it's coming off!
68.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
