No real change but I do have a pedometer on my phone and I'm trying to make my 10000 steps in a day but have yet to do so. It isn't as easy as I thought it would be but it sure keeps me motivated to try to do so. I don't see any harm in that! So here I go!
82.1 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
